We specialize in advanced automotive lithium battery repair and replacement services. Because our products and services involve electronic components and high-value batteries, our return conditions differ from standard retail policies. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Request Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
All approved returns must be shipped to:

2. Returns for Purchased Batteries
To be eligible for a return, the battery must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unopened and uninstalled

Not tampered with or modified
-
Free of physical damage

In the original packaging
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not accept returns for:

Installed batteries
-
Batteries that have been opened, programmed, altered, or tested improperly

Batteries with broken seals, missing labels, or signs of tampering
-
Physical damage caused by installation or handling
3. If the Battery Appears “Not Working”
Because modern lithium batteries communicate through the vehicle’s CAN system, a battery cannot be diagnosed by voltage alone.
If you believe the battery you purchased is not working:
You must provide the following:

A full diagnostic scan report from the vehicle

Must include battery faults, charging system faults, and live data

Refund or Replacement Approval
Our technicians will review the scan report and determine whether the issue is battery-related.
If we confirm it is a battery fault, we will authorize one of the following:

Return for a replacement

Return for inspection

Return for a refund
Refund Conditions
If a refund is approved:

Shipping fees (both directions) are non-refundable
-
Payment processor/transaction fees are non-refundable
-
Battery must be returned unopened, untampered, and in original condition
No refund is processed without:

A valid scan report
-
Our written confirmation that the issue is battery-related
4. Repair Services (Customer Sends Their Battery)
When you order a repair service, you are authorizing us to diagnose and perform a repair attempt on your battery.
Repair service conditions:

Customer is responsible for shipping the battery to us
-
Repair turnaround time is 2–3 business days after the battery arrives

Once repaired, we ship the battery back to you
Refunds for Repairs
Because repairs involve labor, diagnostics, equipment time, and data work:

Repair service fees are non-refundable once the repair attempt has been performed

If a repaired battery shows issues, you must provide a full vehicle scan report for evaluation

If the issue is related to the repair, we may offer:

A re-evaluation and second repair attempt
-
A partial or full refund of the service fee only, at our discretion

Shipping fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for:

Additional labor charges at dealerships or repair shops

Vehicle programming costs

Other unrelated diagnostic fees
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong battery model and the item is unopened and unused, contact us at n8nmp8@gmail.com.
Most exchanges work in two steps:

Return the unopened item (after approval)

Place a new order for the correct battery
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your package when it arrives.
Contact us immediately if:

The product is damaged
-
The wrong item was received
-
The package appears mishandled
We will evaluate the issue and assist with a replacement or carrier claim.
7. Lithium Battery Shipping Compliance
Lithium batteries must be shipped according to carrier regulations.
Customers returning batteries are responsible for:

Proper packaging

Correct labeling
-
Using a carrier that accepts lithium battery shipments
Packages that arrive damaged due to improper packing may be rejected.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund

9. International Orders
If you begin shipping to the European Union, we can activate a 14-day cooling-off addendum.
