Ship your original Tesla 12V lithium battery to our repair center. Once received, it is inspected, repaired if eligible, and returned to you.
How long does the repair take?

How do I confirm my battery is compatible?
Confirm compatibility by OEM part number or VIN before shipping. Only vehicles fitted with the 12V lithium low-voltage battery are covered — many Model 3 and Model Y cars from this period use a different unit.
What if my battery cannot be repaired?
If a battery cannot be restored due to severe internal damage or corrosion, a refund is issued minus return shipping.
Are batteries tested after repair?
Yes. Each repaired module is tested before being returned to ensure proper functionality.
